1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders over AUD $100.

For orders under AUD $100, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your country and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days
International

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Express International Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Please note: These are estimates only and start from the date of dispatch — not the date an order is placed. Transit times can vary due to customs processes and local postal service delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check your parcel’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
5. International Duties & Taxes
For orders sent outside Australia, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist with an investigation.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the package and damaged item(s), and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.

Your jewellery is packaged securely and beautifully with our signature Navy Box packaging — making every unboxing a special experience.
