Refund policy
We sincerely hope that you adore our creations as much as we do. However, if your purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, and you've had a change of heart, there's a chance you can receive a store credit in exchange for your returned item.
A refund is granted only in cases where you've received a flawed item or one that doesn't match your order.
To be eligible for a store credit, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@2moonjewellery.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- It must be unused, in its original condition
- It should show no signs of scratches or dents
- It must be packed in its original jewellery box (tags, box, pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set
- It should reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Also, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
If your item is defective or doesn't match your order, please send us an email at info@2moonjewellery.com.au with the subject line "Return and #OrderNumber" within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the item and the reason for the return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If there is no refund posted, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time involved. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@2moonjewellery.com.au.
Exchanges
If you have changed your mind, please send us an email at info@2moonjewellery.com.au with the subject line "Exchange and #OrderNumber" within 14 days of receiving your order, along with the reason for the return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
Once your return is received, we will inspect your return and will advise if you are eligible for a store credit (in the form of a gift card of the value of the item(s) paid from the original order). The gift card is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
